Fogo BBQ proudly made its official debut at one of Sydney’s most vibrant nightlife venues — the iconic Greenwood Hotel — during a high-energy electronic music event headlined by renowned Belgian DJ Kolombo.
With over 550 guests in attendance, the atmosphere was electric from start to finish. As the crowd danced to Kolombo’s signature deep house beats, our team fired up the grills and brought the taste of Brazil to the party.
This event marked a major milestone as Fogo BBQ’s first official appearance, and the response was overwhelming. The mix of mouthwatering food and pulsating music created a truly unique experience that left guests raving.

Guests enjoyed a curated menu of Brazilian street food favourites, including:
- 🍢 BBQ Skewers – perfectly grilled and packed with flavour
- 🥟 Coxinha – the beloved shredded chicken croquette
- 🧀 Cheese Balls – crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy inside
